Hey 8123'ers!  This last week I sat down and wrote my first ever Christmas song! I was very pleased with it, and thought why not record it quick and put it out just in time for the holidays? Hello Everyone! Kevin here. I wanted to share some photos from my trip to Los Angeles, where I recorded 5 songs for my upcoming EP. I recorded with Will McCoy with the help of some great friends. My trip was one of the most fulfilling experiences I can remember in quite a long time! I can't wait to share these songs with you! Here are some photos from my journey, hope you enjoy!   Amps galore...Had alot of fun with these! The view from the house I stayed in while recording...not too shabby! Harrison Webster laying down some drums! Will McCoy working his magic behind the board. Lauren From The New Limb absolutely killing it with keyboard sounds.  Late night vocal sessions...and by late I mean 2 a.m. Carman from He Is We putting incredible lead guitar over each song!  More late night vocals.. Me taking a nap in the studio the day we finished recording, exhausted.

To me "This Is War" is a complete game changer for me as an artist. I believe it shows a side of me I've never came close to before. I co-wrote this song with Sean and Alex Silverman, two of the most talented people I know. Alex, Sean, and myself also produced and recorded the song which was an extremely enjoyable and exciting process. To be able to create and control the vision of the song exactly how we saw it was truly a blessing and had everything to do with the final product you hear. I hope to write many more songs with the Silverman's.
